It has been 64% more searches of DevOps on the AmazingHiring platform at the end of this year compared to the beginning of 2021. Lots of companies are struggling to find DevOps engineers locally, especially since this is a type of job that cannot be fully remote.

If you’re looking for where to source DevOps talent, this might be of help. As you can see, countries with big local market demand, such as France or UK, are leaders when it comes to employing infrastructure engineers.

The Top 3-6 is almost equally shared by Germany, Spain, Netherlands, and Poland. You might want to go there when searching for DevOps engineers.

Where do DevOps engineers work? The problem with the high demand for DevOps is also that they’re not the IT workers only. They are equally essential for banks, telecommunications, and security services.
