Recruiting & Talent Sourcing Conferences to Attend in 2019

The recruiting industry is always changing at a rapid pace and it’s important that you stay up to date on the latest trends. Sourcing revolves around communication and the ability to build networking relationships with others. So, that’s why it’s important to attend sourcing conferences when you have the chance. We’ve created a list of my top ten conferences to attend in North America and in Europe. Note – some of these conferences may have already taken place but it’s still good to research and plan for 2019.
 
SourceCon ERE – Seattle & Amsterdam (Spring 2019)
SourceCon was created by sourcers and recruiters to provide knowledge-sharing and insights about sourcing best practices. It can’t be beaten for learning about the latest tools, tech, and tricks of the trade. This year, they feature 5 agenda tracks as well as Innovation Labs, an opportunity for you to work hands-on with the hottest technology companies to find the solution to your sourcing challenges.
 
SOSU – Tallinn (Summer 2019)
